Meet the team behind Westcliff Community Works

The staff supporting Ways to Wellness, admin, mental health and welfare rights at the Centre.

Our team

Rae Twidale – Project Co-ordinator & Centre Manager

Project Co-ordinator for the Ways2Wellness Project, working at the Centre since 2001 and full-time since 2003, committed to supporting the Westcliff community.

Linsey Rouse – Health & Wellbeing Development Worker

Supports people with mental health issues, substance misuse, physical disabilities and older residents in the Brumby Ward who may feel lonely or isolated, including trained volunteer Buddies/Mentors. Also manages the Centre's volunteers.

Josh Lequelenec – Admin Assistant

Started as a volunteer and now works as Admin Support Worker on the Ways to Wellness project, handling reception, event documents, posters, social media scheduling and room bookings.

Howard Simpson – Mental Health Specialist

Provides counselling and consultations for clients, and runs the Men's Group every Friday morning.

Savannah Henderson – Welfare Rights Support Worker

Assists those needing help with their financial situation, making benefit claims or appealing a decision.
